Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

The most typical corrugated box design has flaps that are all the same length from the score to the edge. The box’s top and bottom outside flaps meet in the middle and can be sealed with tape, glue, or staples. Excellent for packaging any kind of product, including FMCG, agricultural, and industrial goods. Perfect for transporting tiny, individual products like books and cups. It is also the easiest to produce and most economical.

Full Flap Slotted Container (FFSC)

For heavier and bulkier industrial products that require the extra support and protection, FULL FLAP SLOTTED CONTAINER is designed. The box is exceptionally resistant to hard treatment since the outer flaps on the top and bottom overlap the whole width of the box. The depth of each flap is the same and equates to the box’s width. This design is frequently combined as a base and lid. Ideal for big, heavy items like a washing machine or refrigerator.

Half Slotted Container (HSC)

Half-slotted containers resemble full-slotted containers, with the exception that they only have one set of flaps. Half Slotted Container’s outer flaps on the bottom meet in the middle and can be closed with tape, glue, or staples; the top is open. This design is frequently employed as a base and lid combo. This enables the box to glide over an object because the other side is open. Ideal for big, hefty items like a washer or a refrigerator.

Die Cut Boxes (DC)

Simple unglued boxes that require folding during assembly are what these are. A cutting form, which is a one-time fee independent from die or plate fees, is necessary for die cut styles. A single piece of wood is cut so that it forms a flat, uninterrupted bottom, sides, and ends, with extensions of the side flaps coming together to form the top. On the side and bottom of the box, there are two layers of protection. Die cut cartons are used for shelf-ready products where presenting your product is vital since they have unlimited styles and are made to match precise product specifications. They work well for shipping products that are narrow. Ideal for: retail packaging, coffee and tea packaging, vitamin packaging
